EU court partially admits Nord Stream 2 case against gas directive

BRUSSELS, Jul 12 (PRIME) -- An E.U. court has partially admitted a lawsuit by Nord Stream 2, operator of Russian gas pipeline, against the amendments to E.U.'s gas directive, according to a statement released by the court on Tuesday.

The E.U. amended the gas directive in April 2019 in order to extend the rules in force for the pipelines inside the union to the pipelines from and to third states.
